Please provide us with the most recent copies of your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus within five days of receiving them. This helps us start working on your case right away and ensures the most accurate and timely service. (Clients should receive updated credit reports every 15-45 days. It is the client's responsibility to make us aware if updated reports have not been received).
2. No Recent Credit Repair Attempts
For the best possible outcome, we require that you have not engaged any other credit repair services within the last two years prior to signing up with us. This ensures that we have a clear and accurate starting point and can avoid any complications from overlapping processes.
3. Credit Monitoring Subscription Required
To provide ongoing service and progress tracking, all clients must enroll in our partnered credit monitoring service.
This service costs $24.99/month and gives us secure access to your real-time reports and scores from all three bureaus.
Without this service, we will be unable to move forward.
4. Identity Verification Required
Clients must upload a clear copy of their:
• Photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
• Proof of Address (utility bill, bank statement, or lease with name and current address)
• Social Security number (SSN card or tax document showing SSN)
This is required to legally dispute on your behalf and ensures accuracy when working with credit bureaus.
5. Client Portal / Email Communication
We primarily communicate updates through your client portal and/or email. Please check regularly and respond promptly to ensure there are no delays in your service.
6. Payment Agreement and Late Fees
All services are billed monthly. If payment fails or is late, your account may be paused until payment is resolved. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation of your credit repair services.
7. Results May Vary
